Terms of Agreement/Advertising Orders


You represent that I) you are authorized to enter into this agreement and to make available the listing and II) that you are the authorized representative of the business or person for which the listing is ordered.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australia Today and its employees and agents from and against any losses, damages or expenses resulting from claims or actions arising out of or in connection with your website, your business or you.


Australia Today is not responsible for the content of any listing, including any claims, errors or omissions.  Acceptance of any listing does not constitute any endorsement of any kind by Australia Today.

Limitation of Liability:

Australia Today's liability for any failure to position, alter or omit a listing, or for any error in any listing shall not exceed the amount charged by Australia Today with respect to the listing in question.

Australia Today shall not be subject to any liability and responsibility whatsoever for the following:

  1. For any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of any listing due to systems failure or malfunction or any other circumstance outside of Australia Today's control.

  2. For any unauthorized use of the listing by third parties.

  3. For errors, omissions, losses and damages occurring in connection to materials delivered to Australia Today by the advertiser or its representative.


Each advertisement must comply with the technical specifications and material requirements of the Australia Today website.


An advertising order or placement withdrawn or cancelled after acceptance by Australia Today will not be refunded in cash.


Insertion and positioning of advertising on the website will be at the final discretion of Australia Today.


All price quotes offered by Australia Today are subject to change after acceptance of advertising order.


The materials used and displayed on the Australia Today website, including text, graphics, photographs, artwork and logos are the property of Australia Today and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.


This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Maryland.  Any dispute shall be resolved in the federal or state courts within the State of Maryland, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over you.
